Legal stuff
Hey there! So, to answer your question, cannabis (THC) is technically illegal in Spain, but there are some interesting nuances to the laws there that make it a bit of a grey area. For example, it’s legal to consume cannabis in private because you are protected by stringent privacy laws. This is why private cannabis social clubs can guarantee you a secure, legal environment in which to consume cannabis, as members can legally grow and use cannabis together. However, possession/consumption of cannabis in a public space is illegal. Whilst possession of small amounts has been decriminalized, if you are stopped and searched you may be liable to a fine and your stash will most likely be confiscated. So, the laws around cannabis in Spain are definitely unique and it’s well worth joining a reputable cannabis social club rather than risking going to a dodgy street dealer.

It’s important to us that the clubs are located in safe and discreet zones, and have all their legal paperwork registered with the regional/city authorities. Of course, there are rules and regulations that must be followed within these clubs. But as long as you play by the rules, you can enjoy a safe and enjoyable cannabis experience.
Cannabis Club Joints does not own cannabis clubs nor does it sell cannabis. However, we passionately believe that all responsible adults who are experienced cannabis users should have safe and legal access to it.
